  In the process of making a safe environment for your children, do you wonder if there are sex offenders residing in your neighborhood? Well, now you can find an answer to that question. The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Office Is partenering with Family Watch Dog to make that information available to you. A nation-wide sex offender data base can be found by clicking on the web address shown below. This data base is updated each time a sex offender changes residences, bringing you a constantly updated record.

After you access the data base just enter your street address, city and state. A map of your area will appear, locating sex offenders residing in your area.
